    Default Good Beer Day

    Today was...

    Went to the Flying Saucer in Ft Worth, where I have not been in a long time for some good brew.

    Had the following:

    Brouwerij Bosteel Tripel Karmeliet
    Spaten Franziskaner Hefe-Weisse Dunkel
    Julius Echter Hefe-Weisse Dunkel

    A big thanks to MTK for posting about Karmeliet somewhere. I tried it based on his comments. It was really great.

    Ultimate I went to my German roots for the other two.

    The Echter is my favorite:
