Good way to prepare beans?
So I've switched up my evening diet. I now eat a sweet potato and a bowl of beans. I've been adding Chili powder, salt, and pepper to the beans and then heating them up but its not that great. Any other ideas how to prepare them that are healthy?

What kind of beans are we talking about here?

I like my green beans just steamed with a bit of salt/pepper & butter or oil!

Need to know the type.
I like Cannelloni Beans with Fire roasted Rotel sauteed for about 15 min. Throw some pepper and hot salt in with Jalapenos and it is FTW!
For Pinto or kidney use the Bolner Fiesta Spices Fajita Seasoning BBQ Mexican Pinto bean seasoning and follow the recipe on the plastic can.Your Resident FireArms Dealer

Dice some chilis and mix them in there. Jalapenos etc work well. Habaneros if you want to sweat it out.
