In honor of steak out night post
Last night the girlfriend went out with the girls so I had to find a way to feed myself. After a long day at work decided on steak night!
A little cracked pepper and sea salt:
Have to have some wine

A little after dinner smoke with a scotch, the flash killed the lable it is my fav a La Aorora torpedo:

It was pretty good, I just moved into this new house and my new grill is cooking a bit hot to say the least. It could have come off about 2 min sooner but the wine made up for it!
