    Very true. I have never tried aged meat, but my entire family and I buy farm raised, grass fed beef every year and stock our freezers full. The best meat ever.
    If anyone has access to this, or a good butcher shop, I would recommend this over store bought meat any day. Once you do it store bought meat just tastes awful.

    My mouth is watering for a nice aged steak now.
