Thread: London Broils on BBQ: a tuesday night steak out - NY Style

DimisaTips did such a wonderful job of showing us his skills in the previous thread..that after work today, I ran over to stop n shop and grabbed what meat I could..(being 2 london broils) and assorted vegetables to grill..

Cooked them the same way..Kosher Salt, Cracked Pepper, Olive Oil...and the same on the onions,peppers,italian peppers and scallions..Even got some Margarita action into the mix..not bad for a Tuesday night..Pardon the mess, we just finished re-modeling the office...

PS...Forgot about sizing up the watch with the meat, so I just threw in a pic of the Jacob and the Bentley! Cheers and thanks for the motivation Dimisa!!!

Looks delish! Never grilled london broil. How was it?

i think from 1-10..it was an 8...i would have liked to marinate it..but it was a last minute decision...i usually like strip,chuck,skirt or something with a bone...overall..just helped mellow the night out..get me just right for some South Park..
