NY Strips on BBQ: a sunday night steak out
start with a 3 inch NY Steak (Prime Only)....This one came from Costco (they have great meat/good prices)

let the steak sit for 5 minutes, ensures the juices stay in the meat...
add a little touch of kosher salt on top for a finish
slice with a proper knife into pieces (like a porterhouse at Peter Lugers)....

simple iceberg lettuce wedge cut in fours, add blue cheese dressing, slice some grape tomatoes, add some pepper....and boom
