Ok, with all the High Roller Culinary Guru's here, anyone have one of these?
Im looking @ getting one really quick for serious SMOKING, I heard it can smoke whatever you'd like for 11hrs without adding coals to it?
Dang... I need to get one soon...
hope for some feedback...

Not only that, but you can make Stews, cook Pizza @ 550 degrees, all kinds of stuff...

I have heard great things about the green egg. I opted for a little easier smoker with electric feed, the bradley. great product. throw a brisket or shouler on, close the door, 20 hours later voila!
damn, now I am hungry.

For those of you close to San Jose, theres an event on June the 27th, called 2009 Eggfest, for a flate rate admission, you get to eat all day and drink beer, dunno how many beers you get, hope @ least an 18pack...
I will attend that one fo sho!!!
