Our kitchen is being remodeled and is 95% done. I was just wondering where you get your cook in... post up some pictures.

Hey, your kitchen reminds me of ours, right down to the mess:

That was after a party last year, but it was looking the same way this weekend (another party...). Zoomed in to see what wine we were serving; it was a night we were (among other things) comparing the Stepping Stone to it's big brother. Not a fair comparison, the Cornerstone was a 94! But take a look at the price on the Cornerstone (if you can make it out in the zoomed image and over exposure):

Wonder if in 14 years we'll be thinking the stuff we buy now is an equivalent bargain?

Getting the gas line over to the stove was quite the process. They had to open up the wall, open up the furdown and then run flex line for about 100 ft through an attic and a couple of spots that are almost impossible to squeeze into. Still not sure how they did it, but I hate cooking on anything but gas so it was worth the mess and the extra $800 it added to the reno costs if you ask me!

I live in a studio in midtown Manhattan. Most of L4P has microwaves bigger than my kitchen.

For 800 bucks I'd gladly do it, I'm going to check into that now actually. Thanks
