    WHAT THE HELL!!!!!!! I totally thought Stephan was going to take it tonight. I think if Carla did not F up the dessert she might have taken it. British Critic was extra brutal on everyone. Damn!

    Jamie has a restaurant in San Fran called Absinthe Brasserie & Bar. Anyone been??

    I was really pissed with the finally!! .. Carla dropped the ball on the dessert, her first mistake in about 5-6 weeks and it cost her big!(i was rooting for her) ... But i smelled an upset a mile away!.. Somehow the way it was playing out it felt like osea would take it.. nontheless i really enjoyed this season!

    I also beleive Carla would have won. She should not have listened to her sous chef and cooked what she wanted.

    I've been to Fabio's place in Burbank and its pretty good.

    I knew Hosea would win! Stephan should've but I knew they'd pick Hosea.

    I thought it was a pretty uneventful final.Carla would have won if she didn't toast her dessert!

    Pretty anti-climatic for me. By the end, you knew Hosea had it.

    What is the name of Fabio's place in Burbank? I've been to his restaurant, Café Firenze, in Moorpark and it was great!!
