Default Any recommendations for cookware that can tolerate the oven?

My kitchen is a compilation of a little Le Creuset, a lot of overpriced standard and non-stick Calphalon, some cheaper non-stick and some big no-name soup pots.

Anyway, with regard to pans, dutch ovens, etc. that can tolerate an oven, what do y'all recommend?

Le Creuset. I don't know of any others but then again, I don't use the oven a lot. The only other thing that comes to mind is perhaps a clay pot of some type.

    good luck.

I use cast iron in the oven usually. If I had some Le Creuset I would put it in the oven though.

    Great minds!!!
Log Cabin cast iron for me. I have a 90 year old cast iron pan also that we got from my wifes great grandmother.

I'm a fan of anodized aluminum, i.e. Calphalon One Infused. They are much better than the standard Calphalon and can handle everything but the dishwasher (due to alkalinity of detergent).
