that's off the hook baby! My buddy is on the hunt for some goat. That's his next hunt to kill and eat. Never tried it but your pics make it look good and thanks for sharing your meal with us.

I would love to try that. It seems like your friend knows exactly what he is doing and the plate with the bananas at the end is just unbelievable. What is the name of this dish? and what is the origin? thanks for sharing.
