Since we had some downtime, a little Bacardi that I picked up from Mexico.

Made a little coconut bread as well.


Plus a little peas and rice.

Can't forget the plantains.

And there you go.

those arent bananas, they are plantains..

the dish is rice, beans, plantain and curried goat meat... i dont know its origin but its real common in africa and parts of south america..

He def. knows his stuff. He cooks like that on almost a daily basis. He is originally from Guyana. I will ask him for the traditional name and the orgin.
