One of my client's nannies is from Guyana and she makes some serious goat with fresh roti.

Local to me is a Mexican restaurant that has a brunch to die for. I try to get there as much as my waistband will allow. The food is very fresh and very traditional. Homemade tortillas, menudo, salsas, roasted peppers, meats( chicken and beef ) and all the traditional fair you would normally see at a Mexican restaurant. On top of that they will usually have birria, which I have tried and do like and an all time favorite, chicharrones.
Guess where I'll be on Sunday.
Ryan
