    After having spent 2 years working on cruiseships(and planning to go back) I know some incredible chefs from all over when your ready let me know

    I've always thought something like a neighborhood chef could work in the right (very affluent) areas. Serve 3 or 4 homes, cool 2-3 meals a day.

    I love the idea, and I love the thought of collaborating with someone with the time and training to do some awesome food.

    Agree on the emphasis on healthy eating - making food both healthy and delicious is a feat unto itself.
