Burger Jones near Lake Calhoun in Minneapolis:

"The White Trash Burger" burger with cheese curds, velveeta cheese, and bacon. It was delicious.

    Haha!

Tonight I grabbed some hickory smoked bbq brisket. This was supposed to make one sandwich! And it came with fries and a tub of hot sauce..

    TPIWWP.....but....

I just brined a boneless ribeye (~14oz) for a few hours with....

1 bottle of Anchor Steam Liberty Ale (sans a draw, for tasting purposes of course...)

1 tbsp of Applewood Smoked Salt

    1 tbsp brown sugar

    1/2 tsp black pepper

    Bit of fresh Rosemary

Cayenne pepper to taste (couple of healthy dashes for slight, lingering bite)

Charcoal grilled for ~4 mins a side with 10 mins of rest.

Served with a sliced heirloom tomato topped with fresh mozzarella.

    Damn good.

Ate it instead of taking pics.
