    Parsnips

    I didn't realise they have such a sweet flavour. Great just sauteed in evoo with some garlic and onion! And of course laid over my home made popovers.

    Neither had I until about a month ago!

    Here's dinner from the other night. Curry/Jerk chicken over my popovers, and it was damn tasty!





    I considered trying to make my own white sauce, but wimped out and just mixed some minced garlic in with Hellman's olive oil style mayo.
