I am so hungry off this thread. Great omelet and sushi! I am finishing up some championship chili for a cookoff tomorrow. Its for a buddy and his church (I am the ringer). If it doesn't yield first place I am going to jump from a tall building. I made one pot for taste and one for heat. I had to try the heat factor before hand to make sure it was actually hot..........big mistake. Its wayyyyyyyyy hot.

The heat is courtesy of....Dave's private reserve. Its about 600k scoville. Nowhere near the hottest but still incredibly painful.

If it would keep the same I would totally do it but it just would not make it the same. Next time I come out and hopefully MTK will be in his new spot we should have a chili showdown. Kinda like Throwdown with Bobby Flay. TX comes to CA.
