    Roast chicken. Stuffed with half a lemon, half a bulb of garlic, sprigs of rosemary and sage. Rubbed with Hawaiian Alea Sea salt and ground
    Pepper inside and out.

    Just released this video yesterday. Grilled Tuscan-Style Flatbread with Arugula, Garlic-Scented Chicken, Roasted Red Peppers, Manchego Cheese, and Crispy Shallots. My friend Minh is a really great cook and this tasted amazing; I highly recommend trying it out. Going to record another recipe on Monday, will make sure the audio is straightened out for the next one!

    Dirty Southern Love - double decker sandwich made from 3 buttermilk waffles, crispy fried chicken, bacon, arugula & buttermilk maple sauce.





    And a few weeks ago I had my first ever Lobster Roll! I've led a sheltered life
