    So we wanted to get together, drink some beers, watch the boats go by, and christen my buddy's new grill.

    Me and wifey brought the heat, as always.

    How did they turn out? Basil offers a great taste but I wonder if I would like it in my greasy burger.

    Basil burgers are awesome. The ones i have made where by taking a stick, or 2 of butter and some fresh basil. Place both in a food processer and process. Place the butter back in the fridge, rolled up in saran wrap. Once the butter is hard again, cut it up in thick slides and place in the inside center of a handmade burger, ensuring to seal it in as much as possible. Grill as usual, the best!!!
