Good Idea! Hopefully we can get the boys to share some too. I'll go first.
Aimees Ceviche
1/2 Lb small shrimp (cooked and shelled)
1/2 Lb Imitation Crab(don't use the real stuff it does not taste as good)
2-3 Serrano Chilies
2-3 Tomatoes
1 Yellow Onion
1 Red Onion
1 Bunch of Cilantro
1 Lemon
1 Lime
1 Bottle of MARUKAN RICE VINEGAR (Original brand) (Green Bottle)
you have to get this specific on because of the high sugar content. It makes this whole dish with another brand or even different flavor of that brand it tasted comletely different.
Salt and Pepper to taste
Chop every ingredient FINE and put in a big container with a tight fitting lid. Let it chill overnight and serve with tortilla chips.
This stuff is REALLY good. I won an award for it 3 years ago and it was featured on the menu of one the company restaurants I work for .

I love the foodnetwork.com! I just made a Molten Chocolate Cake. I think I'm going to change the chocolate next time to sweet chocolate.
Ingredients
• 7 1/2 ounces bittersweet chocolate , coarsely chopped
• 11 tablespoons unsalted butter
• 3 large eggs
• 3 large egg yolks
• 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
• 5 tablespoons all-purpose flour
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Butter and flour 6 (6-ounce) ramekins.
Place 5 1/2 ounces of the chocolate and the butter in the top of a double boiler, and melt them over simmering water.
Using a mixer with a whisk attachment, beat the eggs, egg yolks and sugar together until pale and thick, about 8 minutes. Reduce speed and add flour. Add the chocolate mixture and continue beating until glossy, about another 5 minutes.
Divide half the mixture into the ramekins. Divide the remaining chopped chocolate among the ramekins, making a little pile in the middle of each one. Top with the rest of the batter.
Bake until just set around the edges, but the center still jiggles. About 12 minutes. DO NOT overcook.
Cool just a few minutes and unmold each cake onto a plate.
