Default What to do to my Z06

Hey guys I am wanting to have some work done to my 2008 Z06 to personalize it and give it a more bad ass appearance. Ive got about 15k to spend on it, right now im leaning towards have the Lingenfelter 630RWHP kit done to it and putting in some carvaggio seats. Any one have any other good ideas on how i can spend my budget? Maybe post some pics or what uve done to your Z06?

    Thanks!

    I suggest lower it.
Paint the calipers if they aren't already painted a good color.
Do some upgrades with the suspension and steering, sway bars, etc.

What mods do you have done to it right now?

Hell yes. But in agreement with the OP some Caravaggio seats would be nice. My seats are comfortable but not supportive at allllll

The LS7 is a great motor, responds very well to mods. I have a buddy with a FAST 102, CNC'd stock heads/larger valves, and a custom cam, car makes 617rwhp on E85 with 19* of timing, still has quite a bit left in it. NA setups are nice because you can beat on them all day long and not worry about it too much. FI on stock hypereutectic pistons isn't fun when you get a bad tank of gas. $15k can do quite a bit on that car with an NA setup. I'd say $8k give or take 3k for a solid H/C setup, throw some into carvaggio seats, and some nice CF ZR1 style aero would go well, throw whatever is left at wheels.

Friend has Lingenfelter built engine with 800 lift cam in Z06. It has an insane exhaust note and runs from ZR1s. But it goes through valve springs (strongest Lingenfelter offers) every season. If you don't mind the extra maintenance and loss of drivability, it is an insane experience.

edit* also has longtubes, catless, gutted stock mufflers.

wheels/tires, heads, cam, full exhaust(kooks longtubes, kooks x pipe to corsa sport), tune, intake.

Or you can put a TVR 1900 or 2300 blower on it with full exhaust.

    either way you'll have a badass z.
