Default Gen 4 VIPER Ported intake manifold results! 24rwhp

When the Generation 4 Viper motor first went into production we took a good look at the design of the intake and exhaust to see where we could pick up some power without upsetting the delicate tuning balance of the engine. We knew there was some power on the table in the intake manifold. After intense development and looking at what everyone else was doing, we came up with modified intake manifold that flowed dramatically better than stock. Changes to the manifold are significant and we feel more power still can be gained.

Tests were done on a 2009 Viper with Belanger headers, side exhaust and Mopar PCM. Before and after tests were done on different days, but the testing criteria was exactly the same and the same fuel was used. (91 octane)

Here are some pictures of the manifold compared to stock and our results.

We are selling these manifolds complete with upper and lower sections, painted black to reduce heat. If you want the most power out of your production engine, this is a must do modification!!

Pricing is available on our website (refundable core charge apply)

Nice spread! Was it a port and extrude hone?

Do the IV manifolds fit the II and III series motors?

The manifolds are modified and ported. Extruding most likely would not hurt but would not be worth the expense.

This manifold fits a Generation 4 engine only (2008-2010), but could be made to work on earlier engines with some changes.

We are selling and installing these on an exchange basis.

    Thanks for the interest.
