    Default 2013 SRT Viper Pricing

The 2013 Dodge, excuse me, SRT Viper will start at $99,390 and $120,395 for the Viper GTS. Actually quite a bit less then what I was expecting, 120k for the base version and 140k for the GTS.
    2013 Viper:

    Quick specs:
    Weight- 3,354*lb Normal Viper model
3,297*lb Viper with SRT Track Package
    3,431*lb Viper GTS model
    Power- 640hp @ 6150 rpm, 600lb-ft of torque @ 4950rpm

I was also expecting it to cost about 20k more. Well done Dodge! World class performance, but without a rediculas price tag!

I'll be honest... I was thinking the same thing, especially with the performance levels the previous model attained, they had a tall order to fill

I think this may be a candidate for my next.....hopefully they won't only offer with some sort of dual clutch transmission(even though I'm pretty sure the Chrysler group doesn't even offer one ATM.)

I cannot wait to see what UGR does to this beast... They already know the V10 so we know they will run with it again...

They are already running in ALMS.

    Mid-Ohio: 10th and 12th in class of 13 cars
Road America: 9th and 13th in class of 13 cars
Baltimore: 12th in class of 12 cars

The kinks should be worked out for 2013.
