Default Need Some Ideas of Mods to Keep Me Busy For a Month ;)

Hey guys, currently in Afghanistan and Ill have a month off when I get back, and I need some projects for my C5 Z06 to keep me busy. Ive been brainstorming and know I want to do new seats, as mine are 11 years old right now and in pretty bad shape, and sound deadening. But before I pull the trigger, just curious if anyone has any experience with it? Just fyi, I have GHL Bullets with texas speed headers and an X pipe.
    Thanks,
    Nate

Btw, the seats Im looking at are Corbeau A4's. And the reson I mentioned the exhaust system is to give a better idea of what Im working with sound wise.

First off, thanks for your service. Now, you are absolutely on point with replacing the seats. One of the worst things about the C5 Z06 are the factory seats (well the entire GM interior is abysmal but that's not the point).

A buddy of mine has a beautiful silver C5 Z06, and the first thing he did was ditch the stock seats for a set of Sparco Torinos with all the hardware trimmings. Sparco makes brackets and sliders for the C5 chassis.

I'd definitely say wheels, but you should wait and see what we got in the works with a C5 right now! Just a few more days until it's finished!

I respectfully disagree. The stock seats are so lame that they have to be the first thing to go. They have absolutely no business being in that car!

Didn't want to say he shouldn't switch them, but that car simply pops with a new set of wheels! Tried and tested!

Agreed, the stockers don't do the car justice.

I used to have the Corbeau A4s on an previous car and I have to say, I was very impressed with them. It will definitely change the driving experience.

I am running Carravaggio race seats in my C5 Z, no regrets. Next mod will be coilovers for me.

Well since no one else said anything about it...The Vette's steering wheel looks like it was pulled out of one of those racing games in Chuck E Cheese so maybe a custom steering wheel? If you find one
