    that looks like fun, its amazing how construction varies from area to area. Down here all our homes are built with CBS, very little wood is used. Only for roof trusses, even interior framing is being done in Aluminum rather than wood.

    To be honest that really isn't a big thing here at all. I wouldn't even know where to start besides insulation and LEDs.
