Latest work project - Altitude Montreal
Way to start the year.
Just got an email with an offer to co-lead the consultant team on this high-end condominium project in downtown Montreal for all non-engineering/architecture related steps.
I'll be dealing with floor planning (layout, design, etc), interior materials, interior design and the monetary aspect of all this.
(Yes, pics will follow until it's up and finished.)
Builder is a very good and old friend of my family. Let me know if you are interested or know someone who might be for best pre-construction pricing. Almost sold at 50%.
The concept is to live in a condo but with 5 star hotel amenities.

Official website
New condos, suites and penthouses for sale in Montreal.
Previous consulting work with same builder

Wow that's going to look great in our Montreal Skyline :P Just curious... What was your school and career path? I'm really interested in pursuing in this kind of buisness, i just need some kind of guidance. Thanks

Davi,
I'll pm you again in couple months (more or less depending on the schedule) if I end up taking the offer. I can show you around and explain you how things are done once the building is half way up ... keep in touch.
I think it'll give you a good feel of what's done and you'll know better where you stand.
peace!

Hovy,
Pm me with pricing. Been thinking about selling my place at Les Cours. If I do, this might work for an exchange, pretty close to the same area and not so dated.
