Thread: My Remodel before and during.

Sorry for the crappy pic.... But Here is the house when we bought it. Nothing Special. We basically bought the neighborhood. ( no traffic, one way in one way out . about 16 homes.) nothing special but we figured a great place to raise a family. Yes, it was the 70's show inside too...
will post up some more pics later when i get home.

Removed the shingles off the front of the house and sided. also put on a small porch. then we started the second floor room and left side of the addition.

This transformation has been a 3 year project with tons of help from friends and family. left side is a theater bar and gathering area. with a full second bath.

Looks great so far. That's quite the addition! The addition seems to be nearly the same size as the existing house! Have you been doing most of the work? What are your plans for siding the house?

Thanks for the compliments... I had a couple of friends / contractors who do sub work for me help me do the hard stuff. The interior trim work is brother of one of the subs... gonna post some more pics tomorrow.. nite nite time!
