Thread: Commerial Building Painting in OC

Hello,

I'm looking at leasing a building in Lake Forest, Ca and if the deal goes through I am going to repaint it. Is there anyone one on here that does exterior painting? If so shoot me a PM, or if you have a friend that does shoot me their email address.

must remember, if you lease and paint and do other stuff, USUALLY you are required to put the place back to how you received it...UNLESS you have it written in the lease agreement.

Hey AMS Mike,

The building is right at lake forest dr. and dimension, and its currently painted white with a small red stripe but everything is fading so I want to paint it white and change the stripe to green. Or I was thinking as I looked at it and did some research I might be able to have the place power washed which might clean up the white. If so Ill do that and then paint the red stripe Green.

Thanks for the input though, I know what you mean the building I have in Anaheim we have done alot of stuff to and I will have to switch it all back by the time we move out ehh.
