ipohopper Family Home Construction
Now that MTK's house is pretty much complete it's just in time for me to share our construction project here in NorCal. My parents bought an empty lot on the same hill where my house is and just broke ground. The house is huge and there are only two of them but i'm sure my kids will be there everyday since it's only 5 houses up from mine. Since it's walking distance I'll be up there almost every day and will post updated pics.
House stats:
Tuscan/Mediterranean Style
Lot size: 1.49 acres hillside with views
House size: 10K sq ft
4 Car garage
3 Stories
6 Bedroom
7 Bath
Maids Quarters
Media Room
Game Room
Office
Wine Cellar
Elevator
Dual Entry staircase
