That door is VERY similar to a door in one of the houses I'm finishing up right now.

Love it & love the color!

Looks like a lot of great progress. I need to stop by and take a look again. I'll wait till the stucco is done.

What are you doing for HVAC? Thats my industry.

It is really coming together nicely, the fittings are looking sweet, no expense looks to have been spared anywhere.

Love the garage flooring, can't wait to see what it looks like when it's all down. VERY different. Where did you get the idea for that from?

WoW, just when you think this project can't blow your mind again.. it does. Knick, this house is something special for soo many reasons. It's such a big undertaking I think it's fair to say I don't think I could do what you and your wife are doing, Bravo.

BTW, I'd love to tour it someday and get the stories and details behind the choices and features, but that is probably a pipe dream.

the idea came from ian (kokaine) and i talking about hardwood floor in a garage . . .

of course being underground wood+water etc.
i never strayed from the idea of hardwood even though it's NOT recommended

turns out th hardwood 'appearance' epoxy was the best thing (costs just as much looks just as good!

Seriously amazing house. If you haven't purchased your drywall yet and have any interest in cutting out the noise from your home theater, family room, laundry room, master, etc you should definitely check out Quiet Solution I used their drywall products in my last house and the difference it makes is unbelievable.
