Custom Home Building Trends...
Does anyone have any articles with pictures that talks about new trends in custom home building? Like options or certain luxuries that many people are looking for nowadays?

I called a client of mine and they suggested Residential Design & Build Magazine. Also, the National Association of Home Builders has a bunch of publications.

Green is all the rage now adays. Things like Solar Panels, recycled water for toilet flushing, rain water detention systems... high efficiency appliances/furnace etc. Smaller & more efficient I think will be the big thing rather than more square footage and inefficient.
As for magazines... the NAHB is a good resource like icruze says.
