Default New Humidor and some cigars to go along with it

    Hey guys,
I've been in need of a larger humidor for a while so I ordered one last week. Funny thing is, my mom had no idea what to get me for Christmas, so she paid for it as a gift. I opened it a few days ago just to make sure it is the one I ordered. Wow, this is a gorgeous humidor. It holds 150 cigars, so I plan on stocking up as soon as my cigar shop opens up! I received a few cigars last night, a few Padrons and a CAO as well. Now I'm just looking forward to stocking up on some great smokes that I can share with good friends! Merry Christmas guys and a Happy New Year!

Congrats! I'm so happy I finally have a humidor that will allow me to store a decent amount of cigars! I can't wait to see what your new humidor looks like! Where'd you get it from?

It was a Christmas gift from my dad. I've always carried cigars in travel packs and never invested in a nice humidor. This is exactly what I would have bought myself.

Wow, Scott, that is quite am exquisite humidor! It is one of the best looking humidors I have ever seen! I see you have some Perdomo Champagne Reserve (Churchills?) in there! They are really nice smokes! Congrats again on a great looking humidor!

Good eye!!!! Thanks a lot. I thought so too. He said this thing like like $700 but he paid $190 at a pawn shop. This thing is beautiful up close. Can't wait to fill it up.

    Nice humis!

One word of advice, F50GT. Ditch the stock humidifier and propylene glycol for some humidification beads. Either Heartfelt (Heartfelt Industries, Cigar Humidification, Cigar Humidor Humidity Beads, Heartfelt Beads, quality Cigar Accessories) or HCM (HCM Beads). These humidification beads are able to control humidity by releasing humidification, AND absorbing excess if it becomes too humid in there. They are the best way to protect your investment in cigars.

peketel: I'll have to go get the humidification beads tomorrow. I was in my local cigar shop earlier today (got 2 Perdomo Lot 23's and a Padron 1964 No. 85) and saw them there! Thanks for the advice, I appreciate it!
