Default Tightness/irritation in throat for a couple of days after smoking cigar...

I usually smoke cigars once every other week and have never had any problems in the past...but the other night I had a black and mild that my friend offered me (never really smoke cheap cigars like this) and woke up the next day with a tight/slightly irritated feeling in my throat like its harder to breathe in, well its now 3 days later and it seems like i sort of still have this feeling still and it has me worried. Any idea what this would be and how to get rid of it? I have been smoking for only like 6 months and not that frequently like I had stated before...

People on the internet will say either it's nothing or you have throat cancer and will die.

Go see the doctor to get real and accurate advice.

black n milds are pipe tobacco. I smoke those along with REAL cigars too. I am unsure so follow The Godfather's advice and seek a professional.

I doubt it would be cancer as i barely smoke as it is and just started maybe 6 months ago. plus i dont feel much pain or a lump in my throat or see anything out of the ordinary.
