    Whatever website for the fridge
-Easiest would be making sure to pick up a Thermos-cooling fridge, since compressors use the inside humidity to chill the air (big RH swings).

For the shelves/ Drawers, Heres a good builder from what I could find online. I also ordered from this guy:
    Frigidaire : Chasidor, Online Store

I elected for the electronic route, I leave for months at a time so I went with the Humi-Care XG 1000 Pro
-First thing I did was remove the foam that holds the water (Huge mold contributor)
-Filled with Watersorb water absorbing polymer prices so that water doesn't splash, and it helps reabsorb excess. You can also add 25% Propylene glycol with the water for bacteria control and to slow the humidification.

From what I've seen with a lot of mold and/ or mildew problems are using tap water instead of distilled/ reverse osmosis and not cleaning properly.

Either way its more so up to the climate you live in deciding what you're going to run.
That is a sick setup man!

I might be stealing your style/ideas! Great way to combat the known issues!
