Thread: Why or How did you start smoking

Just curious how or why everyone has started smoking cigars, flavor, relaxing, etc.

I was at a house party and I was offered a "cigarillo" and I sorta liked it. Then when I turned 18 I went out and bought a "real" cigar and now I just do it once a month.

Started off innocently enough with work, golf and business.

Now I find myself smoking a couple of times a week

more in fair weather.

Love it.

My father such a horrible influence... LOL

Began by trying hookah and liked it. from then on I've been a frequent hookah smoker. Tried a cigarette but will never do it again.

Cuz all the cool kids were doing it...lol


....one of my uncles always smokes cigars, loved the smell, tried my first one, loved the taste...fell in love! Haha

Visiting Johns Pass, and took some shots of a cigar bar there. Became friends with the owner, and my shots were used for advertising.

Got a few sticks as congratulatory gifts when my son was born. After some research of properly enjoying cigars, I tried one and haven't looked back since. Its been almost 2 years.

Don't smoke too often, never at the house or around the boy. Only when I have time to fully enjoy it. Minimum hour and a half.

Senior week at the beach. I wanted to get something special. Got some vanilla flavored cigars lol, but quickly moved on to better things later on.

My father and Uncle smoked cigars as far back as I could remember. I loved the smell, I also remember my dad letting my sneak a couple drags (at the time I thought it was nasty). As I got older I tried them again and now its a once in a while thing.
