The label looks legitimate on the torpedo but I don't think Cohiba makes a torpedo Maduro 5.
Check and see if the label is loose and can slide up and down, if so it was probably taken from a real Cuban and was put on.Golf cart.

The torpedo, as you already found out, is fake. The only Cohiba maduros made are the Genios, Magicos and Secretos. Another indication is the non-symmetrical top.
Second cigar looks like a Esplendido (not thick enough to be a Siglo VI like I first thought). My 2 cents is that if you obtained it from the same source, it's likely a fake as well.
Both bands look legit. They seem to have put genuine bands on fake habanos.
