I have two. Both cigars are very different and pretty much impossible to get now.
Padron 1964 from the first release in 1994. My mentor gave me one to smoke with him about a year or so ago as a congrats for passing my Series 7 exam. Absolutely amazing treat. I framed a picture of us smoking them with the band. Great memory!
And a very close second would be the Macanudo Vintage 1979

Cohiba Especial - best cigar ever. I have some that are roughly 20 years old still, and they smoke perfect. I keep them well.

I think the best i have had so far is a bolivar davinchi that was aged for 8 years.

I got married three years ago and as a groom-mans gift, I gave the ten guys one Davidoff No2 from 1984 (cuban)
I had to buy them from a collector in the UK , but they were well worth it. After the wedding and reception were over we all sat down and enjoyed the most amazing cigar I have ever had~

For me it has much to do with where and when I smoked the cigar as the cigar itself. Best ever was an Opus-X #2 over dinner with my Dad on Saturday night 11/25/10 at Morton's in Philadelphia. We had a lot of fun and unfortunately it turned out to be the last time I'd have dinner with him since he passed away suddenly 3 weeks later at age 67.
