    It's mellow inside-
    there a large patio outside (it's busy, good people watching)
    seating around a LARGE fountain,
    a restaurant, a bar, and a coffee shop next door

    smoking permitted inside and out . . . pretty epic !!!!

    we had some antique wood floors that were from an antique cigar lounge in the house i grew up in... the sweetest smell right when you walked in the door... can't beat it

    yeah man, in addition to Stanford, some pretty important VC firms and notable silicon valley companies such as:
    google, apple, HP, facebook, ebay, youtube etc. all within a few miles.

    back in the 80's 49ers owner owned bar next door and players still go there from time to ime

    haha, with my small knowledge of the silicon valley area... i am guessing you live in Palo Alta... i have applied for an internship, and did some research on the area. I think the average home price is like 1.2 mil, which makes apartment hunting, not much fun...
