Going back to college early tomorrow morning so me and my boys had a little goodbye chillout session and we smoked some cigars
I smoked the Rocky Patel 1990 Vintage, unfortunately I couldn't snap a picture because my phone ran out of juice (stupid Galaxy S3 is a VERY thirsty phone...)
I also bought the Alec Bradley Presando that I'm probably going to smoke with my room mates tomorrow night.

But I did not like the Rocky Patels honestly, I think I finally found my taste and I prefer mild cigars. This cigar was way too heavy and I got a bit light headed, I even feel a bit light headed right now ><

edit: I also had a question, what do the "years" on the cigar mean? for example the Rocky Patel 1990, or the 70th year anniversary, or the Padron 1926, etc. etc. does that mean that's when those model cigars first started to be built? or are they simply just random model numbers?

The 1926 of the Padrón line is when Jose Ó Padrón was born, 1964 is when Padrón cigars was found. A lot of the years are significant mile stones in a company's history. The Padrón 45 year Family Reserve happens to be the 45th anniversary of Padrón's opening. It all depends on the company.

I love them now but dont wanna keep paying $20 a stick for a 1964. Unless thats what they are everywhere.
Just go over to Wisconsin. Wisconsin cigar prices are a hell of a lot cheaper than Minnesota. Over there I pay 32 bucks for an 80 year and 42 bucks in Minnesota. Almost Florida pricing.

Those are excellent cigars for the money, especially with 6+ months on them to smooth them out. The Sungrown and the Rosado are my favorite 858's. Only problem I have with them is finding them consistently.

Guy at the cigar shop saw me buying a few Padrons and recommend this to me. Said it was very similar to the Padron anniversary series'.

I dropped it right before this and busted the cap a little.

Max...I really enjoyed that cigar...very inexpensive but good padronesque flavor profile.

    Arturo Fuente Sun Grown 858.

The rain ended my cigar prematurely. Dammit.

The "Rat" was calling my name when I opened up the humidor. So far, quite a smooth profile and stronger then I expected.

It's a freakin smoke bomb, especially for a Lancero, no doubt that it's a Liga.
