How bad are cigars for your health?
Not often, but maybe 2-4 month. Any idea? Any articles or sources?

Depends on you who you talk too. Some day smoking anything is bad for you. However, cigars are nothing like cigarettes. Then you have to factor what strength, frequency, inhale or no inhale, so on and so forth.
Every 2 to 4 months...I think you're good."Any decision based soley on one influence or another is a BAD decision!"

I personally enjoy them and would say moderation is key. I will attach a link below to a article from the American Cancer Society that was shared with me.

If you're worried about living healthy, don't smoke fine cigars, drive fast cars, drink expensive liquor, and chase loose women.
If you're worried about living, then go ahead and do all of those things
