I don't agree completely. Yes, Cubans are overrated for the most part, but I'll take a Cuban Romeo y Julieta Churchill over most anything.

In Canada, we can get Cubans everywhere so it's just like any other cigar from any country. I think it's more of a marketing thing now-a-days.
I do like to enjoy my Cuban Cohibas once in a while though.

Same here! In Nova Scotia (Canada), almost every cigar is cuban. Besides a few brands, nothing really compares to Padrons, imo! I have purchased several cohibas and half of them have green spots (frog eyes) on the wrapper/binding.
