excellent cigar. a friend only smokes cohibas, but i thought with it being the fourth and all, a change of pace was in order. So I picked up the just released (as of july 2nd) Camacho Liberties. Aged 2 years and incredibly rich. Also picked up a couple of 2008 Liberties. Fabulous.

totally agreed: nothing beats a good cigar and scotch - though i prefer a highland park 18 or if im traveling abroad glenlivet 30.
Right now I am smoking a La Aroma De Cuba Edicion Especial No. 2 with an 18 Macallan to wash it down. The La Aroma is a Jose Pepin Garcia Creation. They have taken on board and created a great smoke in my opinion. What makes Edicion Especial, special is its a Nicaragua instead of Honduras, utilizing a Cuban-seed Ecuadorian wrapper and Nicaraguan filler and binder.
This is a milder cigar with a nice draw. The burn is a bit jagged but I have yet to have to relight it.
The taste is earthy and woody, but a hint of coffee.
All in all I give it a 3 out 0f 5 for the price of $8.
If you see this give it a try.

Smoked an Private Stock #11 today, I think at a price of 6$ it´s a damn good smoke!
Oh INDEED! And I thought that was my own little secret!
The latest new smoke I had was a Graycliff Chateau, and it was tasty but smooth. $20 a stick is rich in my blood, but it was a fine entry into Graycliff as I usually stick to La Flor, Ashton, Zino...

I am liking the Casa Magnas, Perdomo champagne, La Aurora, Camacho's, CAO. One stick I found that is really good for the price is Benchmarks. They are like 3 bucks a stick. If I am not mistaken they are made by Ashton. I could be wrong. Has anyone else tried the Benchmarks. Just wanted to see your opinion on them.

I think you mean Benchmade and yes Ashton Makes them. I haven't tried them because I love the other cigars that Ashton make to much to shy away for a second.
The ESG and VSG are some of my favs. And San Cristobal is another one of their creations that I love.
Next time I see a Benchmade though I will give it a shot.
