One Picture That Shows The Awesomeness of 3M Carbon Fiber DI-NOC
This one picture truly shows how amazing a material 3M’s carbon fiber DI-NOC is:

you can see how well the material can conform to complex curves. If you’re doing something along these lines, be sure to use 3M Primer94, which you can read more about in our FAQ at CarbonFiberFilm.com.Carbon Fiber Gear // Carbon Fiber is the New Black®

So I have a helmet I want to cover in DI-NOC, high gloss black (definitely using 3M Primer 94), how hard is it to wrap a helmet, and are there some things you would recommend I practice on to get to the level where I could wrap my helmet and have it look professional?
Thanks

It's definitely difficult, especially to get the weave to not distort too much and keeping any wrinkling away. Practice is really the only thing that will get you to the point of being able to do this, just continually try and wrap thing starting from simple objects to more complex shapes as you get better. This was a picture provided by a customer, so not something that we actually did as we do not do installations.
