All real carbon fiber iPad case...sneak peak
Like our iPhone 3G/3GS cases, take a look at the upcoming iPad all carbon fiber case. These are made of 100% real carbon fiber, no other materials. They will be available in both a gloss and matte version, should be priced under $100. Weighs just 44 grams for matte and 53 grams for gloss (clearcoat weighs it down)...virtually nothing. It's extremely thin, so barely adds any difference to your iPad. Looks absolutely incredible!
We'll be taking pre-orders soon, if you're interested, let us know! Here's a sneak peak:

Regarding to the signal reception issue, carbon fiber materials can affect phone signals (which seem to be very specific to certain areas as most aren't affected). On the iPad case, there are actually holes in the top of the case (you can slightly see this in the preview pic) which are designed to help improve any reception issues, though not necessarily eliminate it. In tests, no major issues were seen.
