If I told his car, it would be a dead give away. It's on videos out here and on others website's. If it was you, me, him or her none of us would want to be given away.
I like my V1s hardwired also.
Seriously, the blinder is the way to go, lots of reliability with their system. Whiteout sells the Blinder systems for a great deal and is an AD. There is no defense against a Laser attack besides jamming. That V1 will only tell you when you're caught and give falsies from other cars. One good deflection and it pays for itself."Like all rotten bastards, when they become old, they get lonely. haha ok ok. did the hardwire last night, it's awesome, but still have to conceal the display better; maybe a gauge pod?
whiteout is indeed my source, he pm'ed me and i'm waiting on more info. a little concerned bout difficulty of install/price of pro install...01 Mustang SVT Cobra

I would put the concealed display in the overhang of your dash. From the top of your windshield to under your roof liner, down the side collum (inside the cover), then around the dash (between your door and dash), then under the dash (this is where you'll have the junction box, extra wire, and hot tap), come out the steering wheel gap to the underside of the overhang of your dash. Hope that made sense.
Install the Blinder yourself, either Whiteout or I will help you if you have any problems. It's really easy, however, placement is key. There's no way to hide Jammers to work effectively. They have to be in the open past the front of your bumper. You can hide them but that won't be the most effective and it will affect performance."Like all rotten bastards, when they become old, they get lonely. yeahhh challenge is that the dash overhang is pretty shallow; i planned on doing that but in the mustang the display is really obvious just sitting there. think i'm going to get a dual-gauge pillar pod and mount the displays from the v1 and blinder in there, nobody would think to look haha

There are only four sports: bullfighting, motor racing, mountaineering, and troll hunting; all the rest are merely games.

You can also mount the remote in your rear view mirror, just to give you an extra mount idea.

If you would like you can ship your mirror to them and they will install and ship back to you. Believe the cost is around $360...2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee Vapor SRT8

I stressed that in the my other posts. I've been using Blinder systems for 6+ years and even my oldest works everytime. What system do you use?
Cheetah sells a speed mirror that is a much better option. I use it and it's flawless, moreover, it has more features. Such as GPS speed, speed traps, red light cameras, speed cameras and known police locations. It integrates in minutes and has all the other features.
I try not to integrate my systems because I always worry about one countermeasure failing and screwing my whole system. I would never do anything hardcore on the streets without my systems working independently. I only use the Cheetah on my truck and for 4 years it has never failed me. My truck is rally ready as all my cars are. I use a CB, V1 and Blinder daily. I quit with the scanners daily because most municipalities are on digital encrypted systems now (metro ATL). I still have every thing for their use hardwired with antenna ready but what's the point anymore. Only the GSP still uses analog in my area. Truckers are becoming pricks about Bear Reports. More than once I've been told misinformation. Either there wasn't a cop or the actually was and my other countermeasures saved me."Like all rotten bastards, when they become old, they get lonely.
