    Default HID Help

Just saw this pic and wanted to know if this is a photoshop or is this color achievable? and will the roads still light up or is it not gonna be strong enough?

Also, where exactly can i buy this color kit?

    Thanks

That's an 8000k or 10000k kit. Using a kit with that high of a color temperature will certainly decrease your headlight's effectiveness and brightness. The whiter the color temp, the brighter it is (from 4200k to 5000k).

I think i'll get 8000-10000k on the headlamps then and 4200-5000k on the fogs and high beams, would that be a good combo you reckon?

thats one of Mercs official press photos so they're not PS (the rims are lol)

As far as I know if the color goes blue-ish (or even purple-ish on higher color temps) that wont light up the road enough.

Haha yeah you did some good Photoshop there CA66.

imo, i can make the road light up with the fog lamps, and put high K bulbs in the headlamps.
