If you are looking for sound quality, go JL W3's. Most people snicker when I tell them what I am running, till they hear it. I have 4 JL 6W3's as Subs. If you want tight clean bass look at the W3's in a smaller diamter than 12". If I could do it again I would go with 4 8W3's. You can't hear my system 5 blocks away and it doesn't rattle my car apart, but it sounds amazing. BTW: years ago I ran 4 RF Punch Pro 15"s on a Rockford Power 1000, so I know big bass.

JL audio for your sub do not go lower than a W6 the w6 is louder and sounds significantly better than the w3. if you want ridiculous bass that is still really really clear than get the w7. hertz makes the best speakers i have ever heard for car audio
