    Default 10 inch free-air WTB

Looking for a 10inch free air, good quality maybe JB. Will be going into a solid 10inch think MDF frame fiber-glassed custom parcel shelf.

In Australia but want to purchase from US as they are seemingly cheaper over there. Might need an amp as well if its not going to run around the 400RMS mark.

Anyone be able to recommend a good combo? Used doesn't bother me but MUST be in good cond.

these are some of the best free air 10"s they are musically cleaner than all other and hit amazingly low. Output is very loud. Don't let the price fool you. Read the reviews on audiophile forums. These play down do almost 20hz clean...

These are another good option are the Morel ADMW 10s which i have in my cayman because of the shallow door depth less than 2.5" mount. They hit very low and tight, better than crappy kicker free airs or anything else.

XD600/1 AND A JL AUDIO 10W3V34. All you need time and time again. I been doing this install for well over 7 years in BMW and MBZ. Originally it was the 500/1 by JL AUDIO but the XD600/1 is nice and small and easy to mount. JMO.

Default question about your JL recommendation

    Hey Shane,

that JL sub you recommended would it go well in a 350z behind the drivers seat? not sure if you are familiar with their set up.

    thanks

Only problem with your suggestion is that the W3 isn't recommended for IB installs.

As a recovering audiophile, I second the peerless woofer. I've been out of car audio a long time, but I love peerless. The XXL is a heart stopper, if you think you can handle it. Never heard it being used in a vehicle application, but I can only imagine!
