Your going need a singal processor Frist. I would go with a Rockford 3Sxity2. It will allow you to integrate the factory MBZ raido to new amp and speakers.

Next I would go with Focal KX speakers in the front and Polyglass in the rear.

In would free air or port 1 or 2 W3 thru the arm rest of the back seat into the cab of the car.

I would power everything with Focal new amps or JL audio HD. The best value would be the Alpine PDX.

Well i would try Crutchfield, you can give them the type of vehicle you have, your preferences such as, how much you want to spend, brands you like, what music you listen to, and they will give you an expert recommendation based on that. But just from my opinion, for a head unit i'd get a pioneer (they look great, easy to use, and lots of features), and speakers i'd look at Focal, Pioneer Stage 4, Boston Acoustics, or JL Audio.
