Thread: Pioneer or Kenwood Deck

Pioneer 100%. I've owned both a Kenwood and Pioneer Premier deck, although the Pioneer at the time cost a bit more, but I found it to be much more reliable, as it was replacing the Kenwood after a few years.

Kenwood is garbage, and Pioneer is trash, but if I had to choose I would go with Pioneer. I have extensive experience working with both brands, and the AVIC Z-series models specifically. Unfortunately within the past three or four years product quality from both brands has decreased significantly but Pioneer has better technical support.
