I drove a SL65 AMG Black Series!!!
On average, Elie will call me on my cell thirty times a day. Today I recieved a special phone call.
"I need you to get dropped off at Beverly Hills Mercedes."
Thinking nothing of it, one of my techs dropped me off and Elie was there waiting. I stopped to admire the SL65 AMG Black Series behind a special AMG display when Elie tells me, "that's what you're picking up."
Doing my best to remain professional a did a subtle hop and heal-click before being handed the key.
We're doing Clear Bra, Skid Plates, Ceramic Window Tint, Passport 9500CI and CilaJet paint protection.

Forgot to mention the DRIVE. First off if I'm any good at what I do I respect others' possessions and treat their car better than I would my own. Plus with 10 miles on the odometer you must refrain from full load due to the break-in process.
Now, first thing I noticed was the suspension is TIGHT. Think Subaru with coil-overs. Next it's super wide, I posted a pic of the fender flare through the side-view mirror so you can get a feel. Last, the power!!! I did not and will not break any traffic laws. But this thing, in third gear, at 2200RPM broke the tires loose. All I can say is WOW!Al & Ed's Autosound

It's a crazy car in person, but IMO, it's 95% SL65 for 200% of the price.
I'd take a regular SL65 with the wide body 100% of the time.
Sick sled none the less.
